Free Ball is a machinima developed with Grand Theft Auto V that questions the inner life of artificial things and their relationship to human beings. In this case, an old man revisits the places of his youth and the things that mattered most, like a gigantic sphere on top of a restaurant. What happens when the living and the inanimate meet?
Free Ball è un machinima sviluppato con Grand Theft Auto V che mette in scena la vita interiore degli oggetti e il loro rapporto con gli esseri umani. In questo caso, un anziano rivisita i luoghi della sua giovinezza e le cose a lui più care, come una gigantesca sfera sul tetto di un ristorante. Cosa succede quando i viventi e gli oggetti inanimati s’incontrano?

Leander Bürk è uno studente di cinema affascinato dal machinima. Dopo aver scoperto il Rockstar Editor nel 2015, ha cominciato a girare senza sosta all'interno di set virtuali. Prima di cimentarsi con il machinima, Bürk ha realizzato cortometraggi usando action figure, soldatini e automobiline. Oggi gestisce un canale YouTube di successo e la sua produzione Montana Black Meets Walter White ha ottenuto più di 1,5 milioni di visualizzazioni. Vive e lavora ad Amburgo, in Germania.
Leander Bürk is a film student fascinated with machinima. After encountering the Rockstar Editor in 2015, he quickly began to shoot within virtual sets. Before machinima, Bürk made short films using action figures, toy soldiers, and toy cars. Today, he runs a successful YouTube Channel and his production Montana Black Meets Walter White has amassed more than 1.5 million viewers. Bürk lives and works in Hamburg, Germany.
